No Expectation --> Great Expectation

People often ask me what I expect from this mission trip. There are so many things I can expect from this trip, from the people I meet to the people I interact with. But if I place an expectation on these things what if my expectations are not in God’s plans?

We all have dreams and hopes, but how are our expectations aligned with God's will?

Matthew 26:42 "My Father, if it is not possible for this cup to be taken away unless I drink it, may your will be done."

I realized I needed to give my heart up to the Lord, and have His will be done. By having no expectation of my own will lead to great expectation from God's plans.
